The following Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) are entered into by and between You (“User”) and Timko Counseling Services, LLC dba Couples Counseling Center (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Website Disclaimer, and Cookie Policy, and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference (collectively, the “Policies”), govern your access and use of the website www.couplescounselingcenter.online (“Website”), including all content, materials, resources, products, and services made available through the Website, whether as a guest or registered user.

Relationship Between Entities
Timko Counseling Services, LLC (dba Couples Counseling Center) is a licensed mental health practice that provides psychotherapy services under applicable state laws. If you become a therapy client under Timko Counseling Services, LLC, your relationship and data will be governed by separate, HIPAA-compliant agreements and privacy practices.
Synergy Coaching, LLC (dba the Soulmates Journey) is a separate business entity providing coaching, courses, and educational resources designed to support relationship growth and personal development. These offerings are not therapy and are not governed by any mental health licensing board.
Use of this Website or participation in any of its services does not create a coach-client relationship with Synergy Coaching, LLC. Each entity maintains its own policies, agreements, and confidentiality practices.
