Clinical Therapist

CCC is a niche therapy practice that specializes in quality couples therapy.  We are looking for a licensed psychotherapist who is passionate about supporting couples in their relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in couples therapy and a deep commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and couples telehealth psychotherapy.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Attend weekly case consultation meetings.
  • Complete continuing education courses including focused on couples therapy and a secondary specialty.

Qualifications:

  • WV Licensed to provide psychotherapy.
  • WV License eligible in marriage and family therapy (LMFT) or clinical mental health counseling (LPC).
  • Interstate compact eligible preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience providing psychotherapy.
  • Strong clinical skills and judgment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing quality care.
  • Ability to complete documentation and work on time.
  • Personal belief in the value of marriage and long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined, high sense of integrity, dedicated, and values own personal growth.

Administrative Assistant

The purpose of this position is to provide administrative and creative support to a therapist and coach. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit blogs and website copy.
  • Track projects across businesses.
  • Translate a project from conception to implementation.
  • Coordinate with other team members to move projects through the process.
  • Identify problems in continuity across websites, social media, and email.
  • Organize content according to themes.
  • Act in accordance with company branding and image.
  • Repurpose content.
  • Review websites.
  • Attend weekly staff collaboration meetings.
  • Other projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in an assistant role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, and social media platforms.
  • A creative and innovative thinker.
  • A positive and supportive attitude.
