Responsibilities
- Provide individual and couples telehealth psychotherapy.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Attend weekly case consultation meetings.
- Complete continuing education courses including those focused on couples therapy, a secondary specialty, and quality improvements.
Qualifications
- Licensed to provide psychotherapy.
- License eligible in marriage and family therapy (LMFT) or professional counseling (LPC)
- Interstate compact eligible preferred
- 2+ years of experience providing psychotherapy through telehealth.
- Strong clinical skills and judgment.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing quality care.
- Ability to complete documentation and work on time.
- Personal belief in the value of marriage and long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, high sense of integrity, dedicated, and values own personal growth.
